John has over 14 years of work experience spanning from banking to the Oil and Gas sectors. He began his career with Global Media Alliance at the Accounts Office before moving into the Banking industry. John spent over 9 years in Banking with over 7 years in Corporate Banking financing all players in most of the sectors in the economy with a specialization in the oil and gas sectors from downstream, upstream, power and renewable energy. Before working in Corporate Banking, John worked in Consumer Banking.

His leadership roles in the BDC and OMC sector have finely honed his knowledge, corporate governance and business skills.

John is a graduate from the University of Ghana Business with an MBA in Finance and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Banking and Finance from the Central University College. John has attended several courses and seminars in Management and Leadership, Energy and Renewable Financing, Credit Control Management from institutions including Harvard Business School, Michael A. Potter International, Euromoney EMEA.
