Eight years working as a self-motivated business strategist and entrepreneur. He founded and is the operating executive of Brompton Group and its subsidiaries since 2015, currently working on some projects of national and international interest.

Before that, James founded Topp Holdings Limited and Kimpton Trust Limited, and is the President of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Central University, Accra.
